The Albuquerque Roadrunner Tournament (TART) provides educational services, communication avenues, and social opportunities to promote the sport of bowling and to enrich the lives of the participants. It helps bring national attention to Albuquerque, and increase tourism to the state.  Proceed portions from previous tournaments were donated to Casa Q, an organization providing safe living options and services for LGBTQ at risk of or experiencing homelessness, Luvin’ Labs (a Labrador Retriever Rescue Organization), and the New Mexico Roadrunner Food Bank, as well as the Central New Mexico United States Bowling Congress  Association‘s (CNM-USBC) Youth League.

Our chosen charities for TART 2022 are Paws and Stripes and The Transgender Resource Center of NM (TGRCNM).

Paws and Stripes is an organization dedicated to providing service dogs at no cost to veterans through generous donations. Veterans are matched with shelter dogs and they are trained as teams by highly trained service dog trainers.

TGRCNM provides support, community, and connection to transgender, gender non-conforming, nonbinary, and gender variant people and their families through advocacy, education, and direct services.

These charities are near and dear to us and our community. By partnering with them, we can help the organizations and in turn directly affect our bowling community at large.
