Reservation Details

No-shows will be charged one night’s room rate and applicable tax; early departures will be charged one additional night’s room rate and applicable taxes.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Hotel requires a credit card on file to guarantee reservations. No deposit will be taken at this time. Hotel will take credit card information from each individual guest at time of reservation and at check-in. The individual guest’s credit card on file will be charged upon checkout.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any guest requesting a late check-out time, if available, may be subject to a half-day rate based on the published rate for that check-in day. (Late check-out requests are approved based on availability and will be approved by Hotel management only.)
Individual cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date, to avoid no-show charges.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with the tournament group at the time the reservation is made.
